Eric started at Liberty Mutual, went on to build a Farmers Insurance agency, and later managed the Highmark Direct office in Easton, where he specialized in Medicare and individual health insurance.
Working for the carriers taught him how the plans are built and priced. It also showed him how often people end up in a plan because it was the only one their agent could sell. He opened an independent agency so he could quote across carriers and work for the client.
Cooper is the agency’s second generation. He studies International Relations and Spanish at Seton Hall and brings operations experience from NJ Transit.
